- 1 1/ 2 cup semolina or tasty wheat
- 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
- Elachi (cardomom) pods
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup ultramel custard
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tablespoon custard powder
- Some Elachi (cardomom) powder
- Some egg yellow
- Some saffron
- Sugar to taste
- Add to semolina & steam on low
