Scalloped Corn – Fenik's Sweet Corn

Ingredients

• 4 cups corn
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 1-cup milk
• 1 cup crushed saltine crackers (about 30)
• 3 tbsp melted margarine
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
• Salt & pepper to taste
