Banana Bread or Cake with Lemon Icing ⋆ Hunter Gatherer Gourmet

Ingredients

• 1 box of HGG Vanilla Baking Mix
• 3 very ripe bananas
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup water
• 2 tbl oil
• 1 tsp baking powder
• LEMON ICING
• Coconut butter (I made my own so I used 300g of coconut threads)
• Lemon juice - 1 and half lemons
• 2 tbl honey
• stevia (optional)
• hot water 1/4 cup
