Ingredients

• 150 g Lurpak® Slightly Salted Butter, softened
• 2 tbsp lemon zest, grated
• 1 tbsp ​ pink peppercorns, lightly crushed
• 1 tbsp black pepper, lightly crushed
• 4 pieces of salmon fillets
• 2 tbsp flaky sea salt
• 50 g Lurpak® Slightly Salted Butter
• 2 lemons, cut in halves
