• 1½ cups Princella Cut Sweet Potatoes, cubed ((1 – 15 oz can, drained))
• 1 lb Sausage, browned ((pork or turkey))
• 4 cups Cubed Bread ((day-old preferred))
• 1 Onion, chopped
• 1 can Princella Mashed Sweet Potatoes ((15 oz))
• ½ cup Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• ½ cup Evaporated Milk
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1 Unbaked 9-inch Pie Crust
• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• 2 cans Princella Cut Sweet Potatoes, drained ((15 oz each) )
• ½ cup Brown Sugar
• ¼ cup Butter, melted
• 1 cup Chopped Pecans
• Preheat oven to 350°F.
