Millet patties — Svitlana Klymovska
For a long time, millet remained the main product in Ukraine. Most often, we used millet at home in the preparation of cabbage soup and millet porridge with pumpkin.
Ingredients
- 200 gr millet
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 large onion
- 1 carrot
- 0.5 tsp bell pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dried oregano to taste
- Oil for frying
