Holding in my hands a treasure of Carpathian mountains - porcini mushrooms, potato patties with mushrooms crossed my mind.
Ingredients
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 300-400 gr porcini mushrooms
- 1 large onion
- 4-5 tbsp of all-purpose flour, you may need more
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- 20 gr butter
- 2 sprigs of dill
- Sour cream and green onions for serving
