Meatball Soup (Sopa De Albondigas) Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 oz Butter
• 1 Onion (chopped)
• 2 Small dried hot red chillis (crumbled)
• 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
• 2 lb Tomatoes (blanched, peeled and pureed)
• 2 pints Water
• 1 1/2 tsp Salt
• 12 oz Minced (ground beef)
• 4 Tbs Cooked rice
• 1 Small onion (grated)
• 1 Small egg
• 1/4 tsp Ground cumin
• 1 tsp Finely chopped coriander leaves
• Salt
