• 1/2 cup Ice water
• 1 1/2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
• 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
• 1 Egg
• 1 lb Ground beef
• 1/2 Onion
• 2 cloves Garlic
• 2-3 Chipotles in adobo
• 1 tbsp Adobo sauce
• 1-2 tbsp Chili powder
• 1/2 tsp Cumin
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• Black pepper
• Splash of water
