Ingredients
- 2 pieces of Rhön country chicken
- salt, pepper, parsley, thyme, rosemary
- 50 ml oil
- 400 ml Schwarzriesling
- 1 bunch of soup vegetables
- 4 herb butter rosettes
- Peppercorns, bay leaves and juniper berries
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- 200 ml chicken stock
- 4 panicles of cocktail tomatoes
- 40 g icing sugar
- 2 sprigs thyme
