- ½ onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 c Shiraz
- 1 t dried oregano
- 2 T tomato paste
- 3 T ( ¼ cup) tomato sauce
- 1 T sweet chilli sauce
- 400g tin tomato soup
- 1 c chicken stock (made with 1 Aldi Chef’s Cupboard chicken stock cube)
