  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs or panko
  • 1/2 pound of ground beef*
  • togarashi, to serve
  • toasted sesame seeds, to serve (optional)
  • 3/4 cup of Kokuho Rose heirloom brown rice
  • 3 tablespoons, divided Madre Terra extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon + more to taste kosher sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon of Jorinji red miso
  • 1 egg + 1 more egg per serving if going loco moco
