  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) grated cucumber seeded and drained
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dry basil
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dry dill
  • 1 lb (450 g) pork tenderloin
  • Greek Salad Dressing
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) honey
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
