Ingredients

• 1 pound (500 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
• 1/2 cups (125 ml) Stubb’s® Chicken Marinade
• 3 tbsps (45 ml) Stubb’s® Bar-B-Q Spice Rub,divided
• 2 tbsps (30 ml) olive oil, divided
• 2 cups (500 ml) chopped onions
• 2 cups (500 ml) chopped bell peppers
• bag 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 cups (500 ml) low-sodium chicken broth
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) heavy cream
• 1 can (284 ml) diced tomatoes and green chilies, such as Rotel®
• 8 oz (225 g) uncooked penne pasta
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
