Delicious Beef Jerky

Ingredients

• 4-5 lbs lean eye of round roast, sliced thinly
• 2 cups of Dr. Pepper or DOC Cherry Soda
• 1 tbsp pickled jalapeños
• 2 tbsp kosher salt
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp black pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 tsp curing salt
