• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 3/4 pound DeCecco Spaghetti
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 small shallot, minced

• 1/3 cup white wine
• 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
• 4 large or jumbo eggs
• 1/2 Parmesan cheese, freshly grated, plus more for serving
• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
