Mediterranean Chicken Diavolo – My Store

• 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tsp red pepper flakes
• 8 crushed garlic cloves
• 2 lemons, juiced
• 2 tbsp each of fresh rosemary, thyme and oregano (finely chopped)
• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1.5 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 cup dry white wine
• For the chicken cavity; 1 lemon cut into slices, an herb bundle of 2 additional stems of fresh rosemary, thyme and oregano
