- 1/3 cup lukewarm water
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 level tablespoon Gefen Dry Yeast
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Gefen Sesame Seeds
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 heaping tablespoon Gefen Honey
- Gefen Cinnamon Stick (optional)
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
