• 1 loaf Schwebels Giant 'toasted and cubed'
• 1 large yellow onion 'minced'
• 5 ribs of celery 'diced fine'
• 4 large eggs
• 2-15oz cans of poultry stock
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon celery seed
• 2 tablespoons rubbed sage
