• 280 g (1 1/3 cup) sugar
• 3 tsp vanilla paste
• 120 g (1/2 cup) milk
• 120 g (1/2 cup) sour cream
• 115 g (1 stick) unsalted butter
• 150 g (1/2 cup) whipping cream
• 120 g (3/4 cup) chocolate (35% - 45% cocoa)
