- 150g blueberries
- 10 crunchy amaretti biscuits
- 100ml red wine
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 2 star anise
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 5 tablespoons double cream
- 100g good-quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), broken into pieces
