• 1 cup sugar
• 1 /3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup cold water
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1 Tbs distilled white vinegar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
