Wild Rice with Warm Spiced Carrot Milk | Saveur

- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> cup (2 oz.) dried tart cherries

- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
