Pissaladière - Petites Choses
Make this onion tart asap! We had our neighbors over and i made just one- we had it all! Wish i made a second.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet, 215grs ready made puff pastry
- 3 large red onions, thinly sliced
- 5 to 8 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 small can of anchovies
- 50 grs comté cheese, grated or thinly sliced (optional)
- 2tsp Dijon mustard
- few springs fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp of dry zaatar mix, (or oregano)
- 1 egg yolk with a splash of cream or milk for the egg wash
