• 1 onion, diced

• ¼ cup pistachio nuts, toasted and chopped
• ⅓ cup almonds, toasted and chopped
• ¼ cup chopped parsley
• ¼ cup currants
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1 Tegel Whole Frozen Turkey - Various Sizes, thawed
• 50g butter, melted
• 2 Tbsps, olive oil
• 4 Tbsps pomegranate molasses
• 1 tsp ground paprika
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tsps honey
• Seeds from 1 pomegranate
• Mint and parsley leaves
• Grilled orange slices or mandarins to garnish (optional)
