Roast Turkey Breast | Al Pastor Recipe | Gran Luchito

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons black peppercorns
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 60ml / 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 60ml / 1/4 cup of olive oil
• 1 tablespoon Mexican oregano
• 1 tablespoon Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste
• ½ pineapple (cut into smaller pieces)
• 1 turkey breast, with bone (request this at your local butcher)
• ½ pineapple (cut into slices)
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 white onions (cut into half moons)
• Salt and freshly ground pepper for seasoning
• 1 jar of Gran Luchito Crunchy Salsa Macha
• 1 jar of Gran Luchito Jalapeño and Pineapple
• 2 packets of Gran Luchito Soft Taco Wraps
• A handful of coriander (finely chopped)
• 1 red onion (finely diced)
