• 250g minced beef
• 250g minced pork
• 1 small onion grated
• 1 clove garlic crushed
• grated to make 2 tbsp parmesan
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• chopped to make 2 tbsp basil plus leaves to serve
• 2 handfuls rocket
• 4 sub rolls halved and toasted
• a large handful grated mozzarella
• ½ a clove garlic sliced
• olive oil
• 227g tin chopped tomatoes
• a pinch dried chilli flakes
• 1 tsp sugar
