Pan Seared Swordfish
Golden on the outside yet tender on the inside, this Pan Seared Swordfish is so quick and easy to make and is absolutely delicious!!
Ingredients
- Heat a pan to medium-low. Add 4 tbsp of butter.
- When the butter is melted, add 4 cloves of garlic minced, add saute until it's fragrant (about 30 - 40 seconds). Do not brown garlic or the butter.
- Then add 2 tbsp of lemon juice. Mix and let it bubble for a few seconds, and then turn off.
- Mix in 1 - 2 tsp of finely chopped parsley.
- 2 Swordfish fillets (about 1/2 lb or 225g Each, 1 inch in thickness)
- 3/4 tsp Fine Salt (Use more salt if you use coarse salt)
- 1/2 tsp Paprika/Cayenne/Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Granulated garlic/garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice/Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Avocado oil/ Cooking oil of your choice
