Ingredients

• 1 tbsp garlic scapes, trimmed, finely sliced
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) white wine vinegar
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 tbsp (45 ml) mix of vegetable and olive oil
• 12 large asparagus spears, trimmed, stalks peeled
• 8 radishes
• 4 cups (85 g) lamb’s lettuce or purslane
• 1/4 cup (30 g) roasted pine nuts
