Mexican Churros
Crispy fried dough coated in cinnamon sugar, served with a rich chocolate dipping sauce. Use any sauce of your liking of course. But it goes well with sweet sauces.

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar (for coating)
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- Oil for frying
