- 2 small onions finely chopped
- 1 tin tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fine jeeru (cumin)
- 1 teaspoon fine dhania (coriander)
- 2 teaspoons red chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- ¼ cup flour
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups milk
- 1 x 250 ml fresh cream
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Grated Gouda Cheese
