Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml spoon) salt
- ¾ pint (450 ml) milk
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml spoon) caster sugar
- 6 oz (175 g) desiccated coconut
- ½ oz (15 g) gelatine
- 4 oz (100 g) caster sugar
- juice of 1 lemon, strained
- juice of 1 orange, strained
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 pint (600 ml) double cream
- 3 tablespoons (3 x 15 ml spoon) water
- oil, for greasing
