Ingredients

• 1 small cabbage (about 4 cups), shredded
• 4 stalks green onion (about 1 cup), chopped
• 1 stalk celery (about 1/2 cup), sliced thin
• 1 cup chopped peanuts
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
