Lemon Knot Cookies - Colavita Recipes

Ingredients

• For the Cookies:
• 2 ¾ cups all purpose flour, plus more for rolling
• 2 ½ tsp baking powder
• ⅓ cup Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 2 oz cream cheese, room temperature
• ½ cup sugar
• Zest of ½ lemon
• 3 large eggs, well beaten
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Icing:
• ½ cup confectioner’s sugar
• 1 tsp Limoncello
• 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
• Multicolored sprinkles for decoration
