- Marinade:
- 1garlic clove(s) , crushed
- 15ml sugar
- 30ml lime juice
- 30ml canola oil
- 30ml chipotle sauce
- 2.5ml chilli flakes or smoked chilli flakes
- 2.5ml salt
- 500g fillet , 2 cm cubes
- Salad:
- 2corn cobs , cooked with kernels cut off in large chunks
- 500ml red cabbage , shredded
- 1red onion(s) , half the onion thinly sliced
- 4radishes , thinly sliced
- 60ml fresh coriander , chopped
- 15ml canola oil
- 15ml lime juice
- To serve:
- 175g LANCEWOOD Jalapeño Chutney DIP&TOP® or Mexican Flavour
- chipotle sauce
- 2flour tortillas
