• 4 eggs
• 6 3/4 ounces of milk
• 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• 8 tablespoons of fresh cream (to garnish)
• 1 ounce of chopped pecans (to garnish)
