• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1/2 cup orange liqueur
• 200 gram unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 2/3 cup plain flour, sifted
• 1/2 cup unsalted macadamias, chopped
• 100 gram dark chocolate, chopped
• 100 gram dark chocolate, melted
• cachous, to decorate
• Macadamia brittle
• 1 cup caster sugar
• 1/4 cup water
• 3/4 cup unsalted macadamias, chopped
