• 1 16-18 ounce package frozen cauliflower, broccoli and carrots
• 2 cups water
• 1 ½ sticks butter
• ½ cup chopped celery
• ½ cup chopped onion
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 4 chicken bouillon cubes
• 6 cups cold milk
• 1 cup cooked ham, diced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon white pepper
• 1 teaspoon sugar
