One pot cheesy Italian meatballs - Foodland

Ingredients

• 1kg pork and fennel sausages, skin removed
• 2 slices white bread, cut into cubes and soaked in ½ cup milk
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup oregano leaves
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
• 1 x 400g can crushed tomatoes
• 2 tbsp harissa paste (optional)
• 200g grated mozzarella
• 125g sliced provolone
• fresh basil leaves to garnish
