Ingredients

• 1 beef Chuck Roast (about 2-1/2 to 3 pounds), cut into 2-inch pieces
• 24 large corn husks
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 6 dried chile peppers, such as ancho or guajillo, stems and seeds removed, cut into small pieces (about 1 ounce)
• 1 cup beef broth
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1-1/2 cups lard
• 1/4 cup Tapatio Hot Sauce™
• 2-1/2 cups masa harina
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
