Ingredients

• For the Shrimp
• 1 package Gorton’s frozen butterfly shrimp
• Olive oil spray (for grilling)
• For the Sweet & Spicy Sauce
• ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
• 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp lime juice
• For the Mango Salsa
• 1 ripe mango, diced
• ½ red bell pepper, diced
• ¼ red onion, finely chopped
• 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
• 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
• Juice of 1 lime
• Salt to taste
• For Serving
• 4–6 small flour or corn tortillas (lightly charred or warmed)
• 1 cup shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
• Lime wedges
• Extra cilantro for garnish
