• 1 cup Onion (Chopped)
• 1 cup Carrots (chopped)
• 1 cup celery (chopped)
• 1/2 cup Flour
• 1 cup Half n Half
• 2 cups Chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
• 2 cups Chicken (cooked and shredded or diced)
• 1 cup Peas (thawed)
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. Pepper
