Ingredients
- 500g Fresh Strawberries, de-stemmed and sliced (Organic if possible)
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 3cm Strip of lemon rind
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds, crushed
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup or honey
- 1 400ml can Coconut cream (or coconut yoghurt)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Rose petals for garnish (Optional)
