• Dumplings:
• 100 g Garden Peas 375g Birds Eye peas
• 200 g dry white roll or French bread, cubed
• 400 ml Milk
• 40 g Butter
• 1 Onion, finely chopped
• 2 Eggs
• Salt
• Pepper
• Nutmeg
• Cream Sauce:
• 300 ml Cream
• 250 g Chanterelles mushrooms, cleaned
• A few peas for decoration
• 1 tablespoon Butter
