• 2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes, diced
• 1 cup grilled corn kernels
• 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1 lime, juiced
• 1 tsp cumin
• Salt and pepper to taste
