• 1 bunch broccoli rabe
• 2 leeks, sliced into ½ inch pieces, stems removed
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1 tbsp fresh oregano leaves, stems removed (or 1 tsp dried oregano)
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• store-bought or homemade pizza dough
• olive oil
• 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
• 1 yukon gold potato, boiled and sliced into ½ inch coins
• chili flakes
• parmesan cheese, for garnish
