Ingredients

• 2 cups of Rice
• 2 small tins Tomatoe paste
• 4 cooking spoons Tomatoe/Pepper/Onion blend
• 23 cups Water or Meat stock quantity will depend on brand of rice
• 1 medium sized Onion chopped
• ½ tsp Curry powder
• ¼ tsp Black pepper
• Thyme Seasoning to taste
• garlic Seasoning to taste
• 3 cooking spoons vegetable oil
• 1 1 roll Foil Paper
