Ingredients

• 4 1/2 pounds Flank Steak, cut into ¾” cubes
• 2 pounds Italian sausage, cut into ¾” slices
• ½ cup all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons steak salt
• ½ teaspoon Moroccan Seasoning (McCormick Gourmet Collection)
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
• 2 onion, chopped
• 4 cups beef broth
• 6 potatoes, diced
• 7 carrots, sliced
• 2 ribs celery, chopped
