Honey Garlic Slow Cooker Meatballs - Cookbook Community

Ingredients

• 16 minced cloves of Garlic
• 1.5lb Ground Pork
• 1.5lb Ground Beef – Make sure it’s not the lean type! You want some fat in these, for flavor and the extra binding effects.
• 1 large, or 2 small/med yellow onions, minced finely
• 4 medium sized, or 3 large sized eggs
• 12oz cream or half and half
• 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
• 3/4 cup Honey
• 1 cup Ketchup
• 4-5 tablespoons Soy Sauce (to taste!)
• 4 tablespoons Butter
