Louisiana Turkey Kebabs Recipe - National Turkey Federation

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp canola oil
• 1/2 c chopped sweet onion
• 1/2 c chopped celery
• 2 Cloves garlic, minced
• 1 14.5-oz can diced tomatoes, with juices
• 1/2 c chili sauce
• 1/2 tsp dried thyme
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 lb TURKEY CUTLETS, cut into 1-inch cubes
• 1/2 tsp garlic-pepper blend
• 8 oz TURKEY KIELBASA SAUSAGE, cut into 12 slices
• 1 Large red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 18 pieces
